All terms and conditions apply to The I AM IMPACT Project. The term ‘you’ ‘your’ or ‘users’ refers to the users or viewer of our website.

All services provided by this website may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions provided below. By using our services, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.

The placing of an order with The I AM IMPACT Project creates a contract on the basis of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply equally to all orders given, irrespective of method. It is the responsibility of the user of our services to be aware of our terms and conditions.

Nothing in this agreement will affect any consumer’s statutory rights.



Delivery of completed orders will be made on behalf of The I AM IMPACT Project via our printing partner D-Studio by Royal Mail, our carefully selected courier companies or any other delivery services at the discretion of The I AM IMPACT Project. As we use a dropshipping service to reduce waste and emissions from transportation, please allow up to 5 days for turnaround on your order. However, we will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible after purchase through our website. 

Charges for postage, packing and delivery will be incurred and payable at the time of order. You shall be responsible for all customs and other duties and all related costs and expenses payable on any international transaction.

Where specified, you will be required to sign for delivered work, or we will not be held responsible for any losses arising from the delivery.

Where The I AM IMPACT Project has agreed to deliver goods to you, goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified if our representatives are unable to gain access to the delivery address or delivery is delayed due to any act or omission of the client, you will be held liable for any additional delivery costs incurred as a result of re-arranging delivery.

Immediately upon receipt or collection of any goods, you should inspect and satisfy yourself with its condition. If you fail to inform us within 48 hours after receipt or collection of any defect or problem, you shall be deemed to have confirmed that the goods are in a satisfactory condition upon delivery or collection, and no refunds will be issued after such time.

The I AM IMPACT Project will offer a replacement if an item is deemed ‘lost in the post’. In this instance, this will only apply if an exact address has been supplied and no evidence exists to suggest the customer has been left a delivery card or contacted by our courier services in relation to the delivery. Such a replacement will only be offered when the appropriate delivery time as stated on our website has expired.

The I AM IMPACT Project maximum liability shall not exceed the total sum payable in connection with the relevant order. We shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits, loss of contracts or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising.


Returns and Refunds Policy

In the event that your print is damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to, discrepancies in or shortages of delivered materials unless notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Any claims for damages must be supported by photographic evidence, and we reserve the right and may request the return of the damaged article, which we will arrange the collection of. Claims of this nature will be limited to the cost of the order as charged by The I AM IMPACT Project. No actions will be taken by The I AM IMPACT Project without photographic proof or the receipt of the damaged item.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the price you have paid for the goods by means of your original payment method. Alternatively, we may offer to reprint and resend the item free of charge. Please note in this instance, replacements will be sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery or our courier where appropriate.

Please note it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a reprint.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
